Human control of the computer in electronic learning.
The prominent feature of electronic learning is that the human teacher no longer has contact with the pupils in the learning process. This does not mean the human teacher is not watching the learning of pupil and affectedly controlling the learning of the pupil. The advantage in using the computer is that the computer can record every step in the teaching of the child. Electonic Learning is here to stay.
One teacher standing in front of thirty five children is not going to produce the learning needed.
In 1850 the teachers knew each child personally, their age and their parents. But, there were only fifteen children before the teacher. During this time the teachers was just as close to the student as the parent.
Our teachers hardly knew the children's names siting in front of them. In modern society the single teacher standing in front of thirty five children can not produce the educational results our parents expects or our political leader expect. Change is difficult in most social situations. In this case the teacher just can not produce the help needed. The computer can produce this help. Union leaders - our major objective is to help our children enter the working world to make a living. Teachers can be introduced to computer technology to help them to input into the learning of our children. If this is to take place our school systems are going to have to accept the fact that a single teacher standing in front of thirty urban children is not going to work.

Let us have a view of how to obtain the skills of arithmetic.
(1) You must work many problems in each skill.
(2) By working these problem will introduce you to the higher mathematical ideas.
(3) Soon you will see how the whole numbers was created. The whole number system is 0, 1, 2, 3… these three dots mean the end.
The whole number systems are used throughout the world to count whole objects. We have calculators, but a calculator does teach the whole numbers and its properties.
A student needs both an understanding of the whole numbers. Every person should be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
At this time, if you do not have these skills, you are not an educated person. Many graduate of CPS do not have these skills.
BSE can correct this. The CPS could require every graduate to pass every examination of ASM-I.

The pupils of CPS are from low-income families, but among these children are brilliant minds.
It should be the responsibility of CPS to find our bright young people. The gifted children are children the system selected are gifted. The scores on the exams selected them. The predicated children were selected by CPS controlled a few. The politically as to the middle class parents will know where and how to get their child examined for gifted schools. The low-income families, with children who are extremely brilliant, are sent to school by their parents. The bright child is board to the point of dropping out. The crime of gangs will be happy to get these bright minds. If the CPS would look at all their children, they would find a wealth of ability. The CPS structured more politically. This prevents poor brilliant children from being recognized or given up. CPS should be responsible for finding our gifted children. The code for limiting the number of pupils should take only a few lines of code in both cases. The second item we want is a “Home work Page” for teachers edition of ASM-I. The homework Page will produce a number of problems for the pupil to take home. These problems will, be produced, by using the quiz code numbers of times. The hard pare will be the grading the homework page.
