This is the twenty first century our children should benefit from the technology that this century produced.
No longer can a teacher standing before thirty or more children in our inter- city public school can expect to teach our children. Teachers unions, public schools administrations and parents know we are failing with the present procedure. "The Computer Is The Answer" Look at www.arithmeticskills.com

The Parents of our intercity public schools do not support their children as they should

Our school systems are responsible for teaching our children and must adjust to the problems that confront them. To address parents not helping their children the school systems must put forward an effort to teach the parents how to help their children. Our school system have no resources of teaching parents. We must reduce the cost of teaching our children the "Three" R's. This is possibility can be removed. "Electronic Learning ".
(a) Introducing the skill, idea or concept using state of the art in computer technology.
(b) Require the pupil to be tested-quiz's and examination to determine if the pupil has learned the skill, Idea or concept.
(c) Construct a program that permits the pupil to move at their own rate of learning.
(d) Record every response of the pupil.
Now there will be teachers to help teach parents how to help their children.

Electronic Learning Leads To Quality Control In Education.

Let's review the meaning of "Electronic Learning". ASM-I "Arithmetic Skill Master I " is a good example. Electronic Learning  presents to the pupil the following:
(a) The computer can present the skill, concept or idea to the pupil using multimedia, top of the arts graphic and teachers voice to remind the pupil that he is being taught.
(b) The Program is constructed so that a pupil may learn at his or her own rate of learning.
(c) The pupil is given three ways to show that he has learned his or her objective- quiz #1, quiz #2 and the examination. They must answer correctly this number of problems to show that he has passed quiz #1, quiz #2 and the examination. The pupil working quiz #1 and quiz #2 may answer incorrectly but if he or she rework the problem and gets the correct answer ASM-I will give him credit for working the problem correctly. In the examination the pupil must answer correctly on the first attempt as is what is expected throughout his or her life.
(d) A record is kept of attempts of the pupil to learn if all our pupils use ASM-I to learn the skill of the arithmetic of whole numbers and their results. The study of this knowledge brings to existence of "Quality Control" in education.

The Intellectual wealth of our country is in the public schools of america.

To be able to use our bright public school children we must produce incentive for them to stay in our public schools. A bright child knows when the public school is not instructing him to succeed in his future. Drop out in the inter city and sometime crime is an alternative, or  a work day begins to soon for our bright minds.
We must present challenge and acceptance of the ability of our smart children and this should appears in the curriculum of our public schools. ASM-I Is The Best Kid Math Game on the market.
