About Me

Emmett Bradbury
Arithmetic Skill Master is a product of Bradbury Software Enterprises(BSE), Founded in 1990 by me, Emmett Bradbury, a master teacher and visionary with degrees in physics from Roosevelt University in Chicago and an MS in the teaching of Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology. I taught high school physics and mathematics in the Chicago Public School System for 9 years, before moving on to teach mathematics at Malcolm X College in the City Colleges of Chicago for 20 years. Additionally, I served as Department Chair in both positions. I love to teach and my desire is to help students succeed in mathematics led me to start (BSE)and develop ASM-I. I Envision a new paradigm for mathematics education based on self-paced, computer-aided instruction.
