EDU step through:
Administrative Panel
1. Open the Administrative Panel by clicking the ASMI Administrative Panel shortcut in the Programs menu.
2. Upon first run, the Administrative Panel will prompt you to create an administrative password. Type a password and click Create Password.
3. The Administrative Panel's menu page provides three options:
a. Student Administration
b. Download Reports
c. Print Homework

Student Administration
4. The Student Administration screen lists all the current users with their names and birthdays. This screen has four buttons:
a. Add Student: clicking this button shows a pop up window where a student can be created, using the student’s name and birthday.
b. Add Teacher: clicking this button shows a pop up window where a teacher can be created, using the teacher's first and last names.
c. Assign: clicking this button shows a pop up window where students can be assigned to a teacher. All active students for an Institution are listed on the left side while all teachers are listed on the right.
d. Activate/Deactivate Student: clicking this button shows a pop up window where students can be activated or deactivated. This is useful when an Institution's active user limit is about to be reached.
5. Click Add Student.
6. In the pop-up, type in a student’s information and click the Create Student button. The student will now appear in the student list.
7. Click Add Teacher.
8. Enter a First and Last Name for the teacher, and then click the Add Teacher button.
9. Click Assign. You will see all currently active students listed on the left and all teachers on the right.
10. Select any student(s) from the student list and select a teacher from the teacher list.
11. Click the Assign button to assign the selected students to the selected teacher.
12. Click Act./Deact. Student.
13. Select a student to deactivate and click the Deactivate button. Notice that once you have deactivated a student he is removed from the dropdown list of students that can be deactivated and appears in the dropdown list for students that can be activated.
14. Select a student to activate and click the Activate button. Notice that once you have activated a student he is removed from the dropdown list of students that can be activated and appears in the dropdown list for students that can be deactivated.
15. Click the Menu button to return to the Administrative Panel's menu page.
Download Reports
1. The Download Report button shows a pop up window where you can choose from three different types of reports:
a. Download a Report of All Students.
b. Download a Single Teacher's Report. When this option is selected you will need to select the teacher for whom you would like to download a report from the dropdown list of teachers.
c. Download a Single Student's Report. When this option is selected you will need to select the student for whom you would like to download a report from the dropdown list of students.
2. After you select the type of report you would like to download, enter what you would like to name the report in the Report Name field and click the Download button.
3. Close the Download Reports pop up window to return to the Administration Panel's menu page.
Print Lesson Homework
1. The Print Lesson Homework button navigates you to the Print Menu screen where you can select an exercise to print. You can choose from any of the exercises available in ASM-I.
2. Select Addition. You will be shown all the Addition Lessons available.
3. Select One digit to one digit (0-5). The Print Homework window pops up.
4. Enter a number of pages to print and the name of the Homework pages.
5. Click the Print button.
6. Click the Menu button to return to the Administrative Panel's menu page.
Close the Administrative Panel by clicking the Exit button.

Administrative Panel
